What we actually do
Most part numbers we sell are wear items: filters, seals, liners, rings, bushings, final drives, starter motors. These are the parts that stop a machine and stop a contract. Our job is to keep the right number on the shelf, checked against the original dimensions, and get it on a plane before the downtime costs you more than the part.
How an order runs
- You send the number and quantity. If you are not sure of the number, send the machine model and serial number instead.
- We confirm fitment. The number is checked against the parts book before we quote, so you do not receive a part that looks right and fits nothing.
- You get a photo before dispatch. The actual part, on our bench, with the number visible.
- Dispatch and tracking. Stock items leave in 3 days. Air, sea or express, your choice.
What we are not
We are not an authorised dealer and we do not claim to be. Brand names are used only to describe which machines a part fits. If you need a genuine part in the OEM box, tell us and we will quote it separately.
